An email receipt is will be sent to the email address provided by the donor after a donation is submitted and has cleared the payment gateway. Donors will be able to view their donation receipt online and print if they wish. Unless the email is blocked by the donor’s email network, it should arrive in their inbox within 5 minutes of submission.

If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation, please contact us at fundraising@foodbankvictoria.org.au and we will endeavour to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary make the refund or correction that is appropriate.

If you change your mind about donating to Foodbank Victoria for any reason, we are happy to honour your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution.

To request a refund, email fundraising@foodbankvictoria.org.au. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.

Foodbank Victoria is not responsible or able to correct errors associated with donations made to third parties.
